The preferred design is used to establish a more accurate budget range for your home construction project.
Home Construction Documents
On your authorization to move forward with the design-build, we will prepare final drawings and specifications.
Contract
A contract is prepared from the final plans and specifications.
Installation Date
Once contract is signed and deposit is collected, your design-build will be entered into our project calendar with a tentative start date.
